Excellent resource
While the Gospel Library app also provides maps they do not do so in a satisfactory resolution to enlarge. This app has adequate resolution to allow projection to a screen and specific locations can be focused on clearly.it is an excellent aid for teaching and I wish a similar app were available for Church History.
Thank you!
Finally the LDS maps are available
LDS Bible Maps
Just a series of 14 static (no user interaction) color maps like one finds in the back of a typical hard copy Bible. One could copy/paste the same series into a PDF file and upload to save a buck. Links via verses to the Mormons site so beware!
Great app
Nothing fancy. Just what I was looking for. Everything works just as described.
Excellent! Worth $1
I love this app! Includes all 14 maps numbered as found in the King James Version of the Bible from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The scriptures app that I use does not include these maps. Each map is clear and easy to read. They also respond to pinch & zoom in landscape or portrait mode. Sure, I might be able to copy or scan them into a PDF file or snap pictures of them—but who wants to spend that time and make the effort? (Wouldnt that be a copyright violation?) And you would still need a PDF reader app to view them. No thanks! Too much work. This is so nice to have them in this convenient format! The app is well worth a $1! Thank you for making them available.
